Two apartments are 
proposed for holiday rental

Monthly, Weekly or for Weekends,
All year round

 


Located in the same house,
they may be rented

 

together or separately.




 

The apartments are located
on the ground floor
and on the first floor of
an artist's house.
They have been renovated in a traditional way.

 

 

The house is in the centre of the village.


2   APARTMENTS  WITH  3  OPTIONS

First  Option
Ground floor apartment with  garden

For a couple, up to 2 children.or 2 couple and 1 children


Second 
Option
First floor apartment with loggia (woodburning fire)

For a couple or up to a maximum of 6 people.

Third 
Option
Entire house: ground floor and first floor

Suitable up to a maximum of 10 people.






The house is located in the village square
on the corner of the square and the lane

Parking is available.

Shops are situated in the village square.


 





The house is about 160 m2 , with garden.

Windows and doors open onto the street,

the garden and the village square.

There is a view of the church tower

NEFFIES VILLAGE                                                                             




Neffies is 12 km from Pezenas.
It is located between Montpellier and Beziers. 



The village is 30 minutes from the coast.

There are superb lakes for bathing and water sports
Lake Olivettes is only 3 km from here
and Lake Salagou is
15 km.

The village is calm, even during summer.
Neffiès is a cosmopolitan place
where lots of people from overseas come to stay.






  Neffies is the starting point
  of many hikes
  in small mountains.


  It  is a nice place
  for walkers and bikers.
 

 




in the village, you can find:

- a grocers,
- a news kiosk / tabacconist,
- a hairdresser,
- a children's playground,
- Stadium and tennis court.

Quality meals,

Open 7 days a week lunch and evenings,

Decorative painting workshop led by two artists.They offer courses throughout the year.
With my apartments,

I am their partner for housing trainees from all over France.

 

 

 

Near Neffiès, you can find :


- A very renowned Art Gallery, "Atelier 37" at Vailhan,

a small neighbouring village, with an excellent restaurant overlooking the lake.


- Cultural activities; such as cinema, theatres, festivals and more events at :

Château-Abbaye de Cassan (3 km) or Pezenas (12 km).

- Neffiès is also on the path of many major national museums including :

Musée fabre de Montpellier, Musée Fleury de Lodève, Musée d'art moderne de Céret (Picasso), Musée Dali de Figueras, Without forgetting the Grand Museums of Barcelona (Picasso, Tapiès, Gaudi)


- In addition, Neffiès is not very far from the roads followed by Saint Jacques of Compostelle, especially the road number 4 that goes through  Saint Guilhem le Désert.  This village and its beautiful abbey has to be seen!

The first floor is restored in a traditional way, with noble materials.
It is modern and comfortable, pleasant to live in.
Warm colors illuminate this apartment that offers a subtle mix of modern and old style. 

 

The apartment is 100 m2. It is suitable for 6 people.

Doors and windows open on the garden, the village square and the street.

This apartment includes:

two large armchairs, one metre wide, 
two sofa bed of good quality.

A large living room with an open kitchen
and a dining room.

This room opens
onto a patio from which you can see
 the garden and the church.


Up to 4 persons may comfortably

eat on the patio.








The room is elongated by a balcony.

Each place is in the shade
 
to preserve the apartment from the heat.

The apartment remains cool even during Summer season.

 A large room suitable for a couple.

 Its french-door opens on the balcony.

 A large bathroom 
 in Moroccan style includes:


- a jet shower and bathtub
- a sink
- a cabinet
- and a washing machine.

Toilets are independent

Terms of Use:

The apartment is usually inhabited by the owner who leaves during renting time
some of her belongings: some personal stuffs, records, books, works of art...

Yet the cupboards are big enough for the tenants' belongings.

When the apartment is rented, either the owner stays in the ground floor apartment, or travels in France or abroad, depending on the rental period.

You should also know that, if necessary, the tenant can deal with the owner's 
daughter who lives on the second floor.

suits very well to a couple with up to 2 children.

It is spacious and fresh in the summer.



 The large door opens onto the walled garden

that is about 70 m2.

 It is at the tenants' disposal.

 The garden is fenced.

 It has an arbor covered with wisteria.
 A nice place for a  barbecue

there is an electric oven for cooking outdoors

When the house is not rented,
the ground floor is usually used as artist's studio and art gallery.


The apartment is therefore part of the gallery.

Tableware is provided.
- Except on special request, linen is not provided.


- Beds can be made and Linen can be available

for 10 euros per bed

 

- Meals and breakfast can be provided,

please ask for prices

 

- ADSL - WI FI - games.

- Tenants can enjoy the art works

remaining in the apartments during their stay.

 



- All the art works that are shown in the apartments

or in the galery are available for sale.

Theft or deterioration would be deducted from the deposit.

Deposit when signing the contract: 
1/3 of the total +  500 euro deposit.

ART GALLERY                                                                            






















The gallery covers
almost all the ground floor.


The gallery is not always open.
It is used for occasional exhibitions.

Therefore the place is also used for housing.




The galery shows all the owner's works, 
paintings,
sculptures,
mosaics,
photographs
and other compositions.


It can also be rented to other artists.
